Thinking Differently
- Unjudge Someone, The Human Library – Sweatshirt
- One of my favorite sweatshirts says Unjudge Someone.
Every time I wear it and catch my reflection, it reminds me to pause—to let go of the judgments I’m making about myself, a situation, or someone else. When I do this, I find myself more present, more open. -
That’s why I love the concept of the Human Library—a place where people are the books, and we, the readers, get to listen. Here, we meet people with stories that challenge, surprise, and expand us. -

- Try this:
- Next time you are listening to someone or reading something - notice the voice inside that’s already forming an opinion, acknowledge it, and say—I’ll come back to you later. Right now, I just want to hear what’s actually being said and to see if I might learn something about myself.
-
Robin Williams, quote comes to mind - - “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about… Be kind, always.”
-
So, as you step into this space, try this: Listen. Question. Suspend judgment. You might just find that the stories shared here don’t just change how you see others—they change how you see yourself
