I’ve gained in-depth knowledge of breath physiology, nervous system regulation, and integrative breathing techniques that support physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing.
As a certified practitioner, I am committed to delivering safe, personalised breathwork experiences that empower you to reset your physiology, manage stress, and build long-term resilience.
I work with people navigating the real pressures of life: leaders, parents, teens, young adults, and older individuals. Whether it’s work stress, big decisions, or finding direction, we start with the breath and build from there.

1. An introduction to a breath practice known as Coherence Breathing.

These audio tracks have been made to provide you with the experience of what might be possible when you slow down and breathe with intention.
Coherence breathing refers to breathing in a smooth, even rhythm, typically at a rate of 5 to 6 breaths per minute. This pace helps bring your nervous system, heart rate, and brain into harmony. Research has shown that coherence breathing can improve focus, reduce anxiety, support better sleep, regulate mood, and increase resilience to stress.
You don’t need to master the technique—just begin.
You’ll hear gentle chimes guiding your breath. Each time the note changes, switch from in-breath to out-breath. There is no wrong way to do this.
The purpose of the practice is to bring you into a state of relaxation. If you miss a chime or fall out of rhythm, that’s okay; return to the pace when you notice.
At the end, take a moment to be quiet. Notice how you feel. No rush. Allow yourself to re-enter your day gently.
