Continuous Coaching: A Private, Transformative Dialogue

Group Size: One on one

Over a course of continuous sessions, enhance your self-awareness and tap into your own intelligence. Having these regular sessions helps to give you the opportunity to foster consistent progress.

In the sessions I provide a personalised space to engage in meaningful, thought-provoking conversations designed to help you gain clarity and direction. Drawing from years of experience working with clients, along with insights from my studies and personal explorations, I use creative frameworks to help you deeply understand and appreciate your life as it unfolds.

We will explore the stories you carry, the ones that shape your thoughts, emotions and choices. We will make sense of what you’re feeling, identify and uncover the patterns holding you back, and work through challenges to create change.

Deep-Dive — 3 Hour Immersion
Location: In person, strolling through the Melbourne Botanical Gardens, or via video call

This session is unique as it has the facility to be held in the expansive natural world of the Melbourne Botanical Gardens, which is an inspiring space for facilitating change and shifting perspective. This gives us the opportunity to fully utilise the landscapes around us. Utilising eco-psychology, join me in this transformative session and gain a greater appreciation for your precious life.

Location: Melbourne Location can be chosen by your group; it can range from your house, to an office space or a national park.
