CONVERSATIONS

MATTER

Our narratives – the stories we tell ourselves–and those we accept from others–shape our reality.  They influence how we see ourselves, shape our perceptions and guide our actions.  Unexamined narratives can perpetuate suffering.

Learning how to explore and reconfigure detrimental narratives is one of the most efficient and effective ways to untangle from difficult situations and challenges, and make choices that align with what matters to you. It is a way to pursue self-exploration and self-awareness and tap into the rich reservoir of insight that is within us all.

Welcome!

This space is here to spark curiosity about the stories shaping your life, those you tell yourself and those you’ve absorbed from others.

Some stories empower, while others hold you back.  Here, you’ll find ways to explore and reconfigure the ones that no longer support the life you want.

Who is Hermione?

Thirty years of working with business professionals and personal clients has enabled me to hone an ability to recognise and shift the patterns that shape human thought and behaviour - both constructive and limiting.

I am a lifelong meditator and meditation teacher, integrating body, mind and breath awareness into my practice.

I’m deeply committed to helping people uncover what truly matters to them and then assisting them to create a clear path to bring it to life.
