My professional and educational background spans Ecological Psychology, Organisational Behaviour (How individuals think and behave when in groups), Conflict Resolution, Appreciative Inquiry, Ontological Coaching, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Neuroscience. Thirty years of working with business professionals and personal clients has enabled me to hone an ability to recognise and shift the patterns that shape human thought and behaviour - both constructive and limiting.
I am a lifelong meditator and meditation teacher, integrating body, mind and breath awareness into my practice.
I’m deeply committed to helping people uncover what truly matters to them and then assisting them to create a clear path to bring it to life.
